New OiRA tool supports telework in Cyprus

A new online interactive Risk Assessment (OiRA) tool is now available in Cyprus to help companies identify risks associated with telework and plan robust prevention measures.
The telework tool is not limited to one sector; any organisation with staff working from home can use it, and it can be used alongside existing sector-based OiRA tools.
It walks users through key challenges such as home-workspace set-up and ergonomics, lighting and air quality, and psychosocial risks.
Based on the EU-level OiRA telework model, it joins national versions already developed in Portugal and Latvia, making it easier for employers to improve safety and health when work is done away from the usual workplace.
